Marketing Your Class
You bring the creativity. We’ll help bring the people.
Westside Exchange handles the logistics and primary promotion of your class, but the best classes grow when we work together. Here’s what we’ll provide, what we need from you, and how you can help spread the word.
What Westside Exchange Handles
Class Listing
We create and maintain your class listing on the Westside Exchange Website.
Promotion
We promote your class through Westside Exchange’s website, social media, email, and other community channels when appropriate.
Registration & Payments
We manage ticket sales, registration, and attendee payments.
Attendee Communication
We handle class reminders and general communication with registered attendee before your workshop.
What We Need From You
Great marketing starts with great information. Providing these items early gives us the best opportunity to build and promote your class.
Finished Project Photo/Sample
Provide a clear, well-lit photo of what attendee will create or experience. This will be the primary image used for ticket sales and promotion.
Class Details
Make sure we have your final class title, description, materials provided, experience level, and anything attendees should know before registering.
Creator Photo - Optional
If you’re comfortable, send us a photo of yourself so we can introduce the person behind the class and feature you as a Westside Exchange Featured Creator.
Share Early
The sooner we receive your materials, the sooner we can build your listing and begin promoting your class.
Westside Exchange will lead the promotion of your class, but your voice matters too. Your audience already knows and trusts you, and a simple share can make a big difference.
Help Us Spread the Word
Share Your Class
Share the official class listing or Westside Exchange event with your followers, customers, friends, and community.
Engage With Our Posts
Like, comment on, and share Westside Exchange posts featuring your class. That extra engagement helps more people see it.
Invite Your Community
Don’t be afraid to personally invite people you think would enjoy your class. Sometimes a direct invitation is all someone needs to try something new.
